Take a well-deserved pause this autumn with our Gong and Aromatherapy Experience at Albury Village Hall, near Bishop’s Stortford.
Join us on Sunday 2 November for 75 minutes of deep relaxation and sensory restoration in the peaceful Hertfordshire countryside.

Led by sound therapist Mark Owen-Ward and hosted by SkinSoak Wellbeing, this Gong bath and aromatherapy session blends therapeutic gong vibrations with SkinSoak’s bespoke aromatherapy, filling the space with gentle natural scents that encourage calm and steady breathing. Together, sound and scent help reduce stress, quiet busy thoughts, and promote a deep sense of balance.

🌿 What to Expect

You’ll recline on a zero-gravity lounger or your own yoga mat, cosy under your blanket, as the gongs create soothing waves of sound that move through the body. The aromas, specially chosen for grounding and emotional ease, complement the sound and help release tension.

Most guests feel lighter, calmer, and sleep better for days afterwards. One recent attendee shared, “It was the first time in months I felt truly still, the calm lasted all week.” This session supports relaxation, stress relief, emotional balance and deeper sleep.
